BOXERCISE CLASSES!

Boxercise is a great way to Tone Up, Manage Stress and Get Fit. There is nothing more satisfying than hitting a focus pad with a pair of boxing gloves when you're stressed, you've had a bad day or you just want to let off some steam! Plus you get the added bonus of getting fit and toned at the same time!

A typical Boxercise class starts with a warm up. This involves practising the various punching moves and their technique.
The main part of the Boxercise class involves pair work. Using the boxing gloves and focus pads, you alternate with your partner, practising the various punching moves, and trying some boxing combinations. You also engage in circuit activities in between the boxing such as squats, lunges, shuttle runs or walking, abdominal work and general activities to improve your cardiovascular fitness.
The boxercise class ends with a cool down and stretches.

The Boxercise class is designed for alll levels of fitness and abilities. There are always options given so you can always choose an exercise activity that suits your fitness.

'But I've never done Boxercise before!' Don't let this stop you! Many of my clients have never done Boxercise. We are a friendly, happy bunch and by the end of the first lesson, you will be boxing with a smile on your face!

Is it mostly women? Yes, 99% of my clients are women, with a small percentage of male clients. However both men and women are welcome!



The class is taught by a female Registered Boxercise Instructor, Personal Trainer and Advanced Fitness Trainer.
